We're offering fully-furnished space for rent at two of Toronto's most engaging Annext locations: our Brunswick Avenue building – home to the Energy Probe Research Foundation, one of Canada's most established environmental organizations, and -- starting in Summer 2006 -- at our second location at the corner of Bloor and Bathurst. The space we have available would suit self-employed individuals, small firms, and non-profit organizations. Offices can be rented separately or together, with or without telephone lines and High-Speed Internet.

225 Brunswick Avenue is located one block south of Bloor Street, between
Spadina Avenue and Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario M5S 2M6. It's a five
minute walk from either the Bathurst or Spadina subway stations on the
Bloor subway line, and a five minute walk from the Spadina subway station
on the University-Spadina subway line.
