Two locations in the heart of the Annex: Office space now available, starting from $451 per month

Individual furnished offices

We're offering fully-furnished space for rent at two of Toronto's most engaging Annext locations: our Brunswick Avenue building – home to the Energy Probe Research Foundation, one of Canada's most established environmental organizations, and -- starting in Summer 2006 -- at our second location at the corner of Bloor and Bathurst. The space we have available would suit self-employed individuals, small firms, and non-profit organizations. Offices can be rented separately or together, with or without telephone lines and High-Speed Internet. 

We're located in the Annex, close to central Bloor Street's restaurants and shops. Our full office facilities include:

West Mezzanine

  • (not available) A 500 square-foot space overlooking picturesque Brunswick street, with three west-facing windows and seven interior east-facing windows. Artfully designed, this fully-equipped office is spacious enough for board meetings and private enough to suit individual work areas. It currently accommodates four work stations and a board table seating ten. $798 per month.

East Mezzanine:

  • One 11' x 14' office, perfect for two people, with separate desk spaces, two-drawer filing cabinets and a bookcase, for $695 a month on a 12-month basis. 
Main Level:
  • One approx. 6' 6" x 11' office suitable for one person or two, with a built-in desk, wall shelving and bookcase, and large window, for $528 a month on a 12-month basis.
Lower Level (available after August):
  • One 7' 10" x 10' 4" office for one person or two, with a built-in desk and shelving space, and a large window, for $644 a month on a 12-month basis;
  • One 7' 3" x 10' 4" office for one person or two, with a built-in desk and shelving space, and a large window, for $592 a month on a 12-month basis; 
  • One 7' 2" x 10' 4" office for one person or two, with a built-in desk space and a large window, for $489 a month on a 12-month basis.
Telephone, or high-speed Internet connection is $50 a month, or $75 a month for both. GST is in addition. 

Location:
225 Brunswick Avenue is located one block south of Bloor Street, between Spadina Avenue and Bathurst Street, Toronto, Ontario M5S 2M6. It's a five minute walk from either the Bathurst or Spadina subway stations on the Bloor subway line, and a five minute walk from the Spadina subway station on the University-Spadina subway line.

Front of office
A striking feature of the Annex area for 100 years, 225 Brunswick Avenue has been home to an arts school, a church, a parish hall, and a synagogue. In the last 15 years, it has housed small firms and not-for-profit organizations.
